This is my story of how I became to be. I am Timothy, but I have came by another name after the consequences of my life. So now, this story begins.

I woke up staring at the white ceiling of my room, rather small one at that in height. I got out of bed after grabbing my glasses from the small drawers, though I knocked down my airsoft sniper rifle, a VSR-10, that was leaning against the larger drawers next to my bed. Replacing the rifle to its former position, I walked downstairs, ducking down from the low door frame at the bottom of the stairs, which leads directly to the dining room of my home. I looked around to see if anyone was up yet, only to find that no one was awake, so I walked outside to the backyard and sat down on the steps. Staring up at the brightening sky, I watched the sun slowly rise up into the sky. "Why do I live in this world that which I don't seem to belong to?" ,I thought rather deeply.

Looking back at the two-stories house that I live in, I heard a door faintly opening and closing. "Looks like one of my sisters is awake." ,I thought once more. Standing up, I walked back inside only to find my younger sister staring at me with a rather annoyed look. "Now why would you give me that look?" ,I asked her, though she never answered when she walked into one of the two bathrooms. I sighed lightly, "Once again, ignored like I was never here." Walking back upstairs, I chose the clothes for today and picked up my National Guard pouches and lanyard. I looked at the picture of my father, "May your spirit rest in peace." I lowered my eyes to the desk and picked up the rest of the items I would need for the day. Once gathering all of the items, plus my mother's old CD player and speakers, I walked downstairs into my parents' room and quietly into the bathroom. I did what I needed to do in the bathroom and made myself look like I do any other days, looking at the large mirror.

I walked out of the bathroom quickly, yet also quietly still, and out the room. Once out of my parents' room, I walked outside and pulled my cell phone out from one of the two pouches on the belt. I quickly unlocked the phone and opened my contact to call my cousin, yet again after the allotted time, it gave the recorder for the message. Giving my message, I locked my phone again and put it back in its' pouch. I walked to my small truck, a 2000 Ford Ranger that I like the way it came, and got inside, sitting down in the seat. Unlatching the keys from the lanyard, I started the 3.0L V6 engine and done the routinely check of operational equipment till my eyes stopped on the fuel gauge, "Looks like it's time for quench the hunger of this racer." I smiled and drove out of the rocky driveway onto the road towards town quickly.

I relaxed along the drive to town till I saw a rather large shape fly past me and hits the surrounding trees with a loud crash. I instinctively steered off the road towards the crash site, hoping the rear wheel drive-train will do its' job off-road. I slowed down when I reached within 20 feet of the site and turned off the engine, climbing out of my truck. I walked cautiously towards the last area, only to find a rather large streak on the ground and trees knocked over onto their side. Walking beside the streak, I searched for the source of the wreckage, only to hide behind a tree when I caught a glimpse of something flash among the trees. I breathed heavily as I became nervous of what could ahead, yet I turned to look to see a large creature laying on its side. I wasn't sure what it was, so I sneaked closer, almost blending in with the trees like I usually do. Once close enough, I looks at the creature, which was quite bigger than me, features: black scales, wings (Took a little bit to be sure.), long tail, sleek body. Only then I knew what it was, "Dragon..." ,I spoke silently. I looked around quickly in case anyone could have followed me, but to no avail since there no sign of anyone nearby. Now that I was sure that it was clear, I walked closer to the apparent dragon, jumping back after hearing a loud groan from it. I looked at its' head and saw a rounded jaw, only then I knew that this dragon was female. "Great, just great... a female dragon unconscious and I have nothing to move her with." ,I said, quite annoyed since she was right in the open of the woods.

The only thing I could do now is wait till the dragon wakes up, so I sat down against a still standing tree and waited. Little did I know that the wait was short since the dragon moaned, her eyes fluttering open as she was waking up. I stayed where I was, waiting for her to be fully awake before I could speak, which wasn't that long when she looked around with apparent fear, landing on me. I stood up from my position and bowed slightly, "Hello." Yet I stepped back, hearing the growl from the female dragon. "I hope this ends well." ,I thought as I tried to control the fear inside me, though I barely succeeded. I straightened myself, looking at the dragon. "I do not wish to hurt you. I'm only here because I saw you crash here." ,I spoke with honesty, common around my family. This is when the female spoke, "I cannot trust you, but I will spare you on one condition." I nodded once, quick yet softly, "What be this condition that you speak of?" The female curled her tail around her body, "Tell no one about me." I smiled lightly, "That won't be a problem, your presence will be kept secret."

Since the female dragon was awake, I decided it might be best to continue on with my business. Walking back to my truck, I reached down to pull a pocket knife from the second pouch, flipping it open and throwing it ahead. I continued walking, stopping each time to pick up the knife that I threw the rest of the way. Once there, I flipped the knife close and replaced it in its' pouch. I got into my truck and started it back up again, though it took a few minutes to get the truck out from the grassy fields. I was glad that I was able to get the truck out once the wheels touched the road, yet I kept forgetting the torque of the truck when the tires spun at it usually pace. As soon as the tires stopped spinning, regaining the grip, I continued the drive to town. I live about 20 or less miles from town since I live in a rural area. When I arrived at the town and at the gas station, I stopped and turned the engine off while climbing out of the truck. I was only two or three foot taller than the Ranger since it is a small truck, yet I refilled my truck's tank and paid for the fuel. "They need to back off on the price of these gas prices." ,I thought, rather annoyed.

After that was done, I reentered my truck and started it back up, driving back to my home. On the way home, I noticed a large truck barreling down the road ahead of me with a few police cars following it. "Great, another one being a fool." ,I thought out loudly. Little did I know that this trucker was actually a reckless driver when it started to swerve side-to-side. Preparing myself, I floored the pedal, reaching the maximum of 100 MPH when the limiter kicked in, and drove straight at the truck. I swerved my truck back and forth, keeping to the opposite side of the road from the larger truck. Yet I didn't expect the trucker to stop swerving when the larger truck came within 10 feet ahead of me, I swerve hard to the right, but even that didn't get me out of the larger truck's force when it rammed into the side of the bed of my truck. I tried to regain control as the Ranger began to spin out of control till one side of the truck began to lift, only giving me enough time to prepare by the time my truck began to flip over. I felt my head slammed against the wall of the cab, glad for my hard skull, but it did daze me quite a bit. I lost count of how many time I flipped after the fourth flip, but I did notice that all of the glass has finally broke and the roof started caving in till it came to a stop on its side just a few feet from a bridge that could have destroyed the truck. I shook my head, clearing my vision and looked down at the dashboard, chuckling when I saw that the engine was still running, but I turned it off shortly, "Good thing these trucks are durable to even the heaviest hits..." I heard the faint wail of a emergency vehicle, "Is that a... ambulance?" ,I thought as I opened the door and climbed out of the truck, looking back at the damage.

I jumped down from the truck and tried to flip it back over, though it took me a few tries before the, they were actually police cars, arrived at the wreckage , but I did get it back on its' wheels. I looked down at the tires to find that one of them has blown during the flip. "Great, just great." I looked past my truck at the police cars that stopped, blocking off the lane where my truck lays. Walking around my truck, I walked towards the police when they got out of their vehicles, one of them walking over to, I guess, speak with me. "Hello, officer, thanks for coming over. A truck coming by kind of destroyed the body of my truck and I think I am going to need a tow back to my house." I listened to the police officers' words, "Yes, we know of the truck, but we need you to stay where you are till you can give us the reason why you were simply out this early." Sighing, I gave my reasons to the officer, yet I was glad that he believed me and decided to tow my truck to my home, thanking him. Showing him the way soon after my truck was attached to his cruiser, I rode in his vehicle till we arrived at my home, only to be greeted with my mother standing outside with a visible shocked expression. "Well, this should go well..." ,I thought, even though it was sarcastic.

    To Be Continued....
This is my first story here. I hope that it does well.

If this story goes well, then I will continue, but if it doesn't.... then I will not do anymore stories till I have become better.

Opinions are welcome.
